ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS are protective against Ca Ovary.

High doses of progesterone and Gnrh are used to shrink fibroids but OCs do not prevent fibroids.

There is an increased risk of breast cancer in women <25yrs of age taking OCs for more than 4 yrs esp if they are nulliparous.

thus, ans is Ca Ovary.
