I was similarly surprised to see exactly the same options
BUT I think "cyclophosphamide" should be the only exclusion TPO...what are ur views???

it is cyclophosphamide..had the choice been cyclosporine it wud hav been hydroxyurea, wich is less commonly used thn the other 3, cudnt find it amng treatment strategy eithr in davidson or harri.. hydroxyurea is used in psoiasis, my refernce, tho quite weak, is frm CIMS...
