WHAT IS THE PROBABLE DIAGNOSIS?
a pt. had MI which was treated.on 5th day, he presents with dyspnoea,apical systolic murmur heard over the left lat.border of the sternum:
1)VSD
2)papillary muscle rupture
3)ventricular free wall rupture
4)MR
[DOUBT b/w (2) & (3)!!!!]
