its a vry rare condition so not much is found in literature
actually i read an article from american journal which presented 2 cases of the same..it also included all the four statements nd i found all them right...well the cases were treated with low protein diets as in they had found to be associated with albuminuria..its in pubmedcentral.nih.gov.................
